The vision that drives our organization is the concept of a world in which no community is “at risk”. This vision can become a reality for every community. Our organization believes that the power to change a community lies with its future leaders, the young people living in those communities.

"Supporting the leaders of tomorrow, today" - that's the mission of Steps for Success, a family-founded nonprofit driven by the resilience and determination of its inspiration and founder, Fred, who recently triumphed over a six-year battle with cancer. With a deep appreciation for second chances, Fred and his family aim to support the youth of their community in realizing their unique potential and pursuing their individualized paths to success. Founded and run by a family, with an extensive history of community service, varied backgrounds in nonprofit organizations, and prior experience with scholarships and education, Steps for Success is driven by real people with a passion for making real change and building real relationships. What was once just a family having a conversation around a kitchen table, has now become a registered 501(c) (3) organization and team of people determined to transform the communities in which they were raised. Thus, Steps for Success was born.
